CAN I Come to you for a spa day ?
Yes, we offer Half-Day Spa Packages, we can tailor an individual Spa Day Package to your requirements, please contact us for a custom package, or see our treatment menu for current packages.
What kind of Spa are you?
We are a Beauty Spa, offering luxury surroundings and the finest in spa and beauty salon treatments at affordable prices. We are a treatment room spa and focus on treatments only (we do not offer any hydrotherapy facilities).
What time should I arrive for my Spa service(s)?
We ask that you arrive at the spa at least 10 minutes prior to the start time of your first scheduled service.
Can I bring my kids to The Spa?
As wellnest Spa is an adult area, we respectfully request that guests do not bring their children to services with them. The hotel and the Spa are reserved for adults 16 and over.
What is the Spa's cancellation policy?
We respectfully ask that you give the Spa a minimum of 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. The full service(s) cost will be charged for any late cancellation or no-show appointment. A 48-hour notice is requested for multiple services or package appointments.
